This Guarantee and Verification Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which Global Fashion Directory LLC (“GFD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides lead quality protections, result-based guarantees, and defines the use of the term “verified” as it relates to businesses listed on our platform. By accessing or using the GFD platform, you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

This Guarantee and Verification Policy is part of GFD’s Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference into those Terms. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and this Guarantee and Verification Policy.

1. Lead Quality Guarantee
GFD strives to provide accurate and actionable business leads. If a contact is found to be invalid, unreachable (e.g. email bounces), or inactive (e.g. repeated non-responsiveness), users may report the issue by emailing support at info@globalfashiondirectory.com. GFD will review each case and, at its discretion, may replace the lead credit. This applies to all paid plans, including Pro, Premium, and Elite. For Elite users, lead replacement applies to directly matched or introduced leads as part of the concierge matchmaking service, but not to unlimited database searches initiated by the user.

2. Result Guarantee (Premium Tier)
Premium users are eligible for a lead replacement guarantee. If fewer than 3 leads result in real conversations, GFD will replace 15 credits at no charge. “Real conversation” is defined as at least one substantive reply or call with the matched lead that indicates active sourcing intent or partnership discussion. Replacement requests must be submitted within 90 days of unlocking the leads in question.

3. ROI Guarantee (Elite Tier)
Elite users are covered under a 12-month Return on Investment (ROI) Guarantee. If the member does not achieve at least 5–7x the value of the Elite plan in verified deal pipeline or commercial opportunities, GFD will continue to support the member with services and outreach beyond the initial 12-month term until that outcome is reached — or offer a refund of the original plan fee at GFD’s discretion. The guarantee assumes good faith participation and documentation by the member, including timely response to outreach, engagement in scheduled sessions, and usage of matched or introduced leads.

4. Limits and Exclusions 

These guarantees are designed to support user engagement and platform accountability. They do not guarantee financial results, partnership deals, or return on marketing investment. Missed opportunities due to team delays, third-party behavior, or unresponsive outreach are excluded from guarantee coverage.

5. What “Verified” Means on GFD

“Verified” listings on GFD are subject to manual review by GFD’s internal fashion team. This includes:

  • Confirmation of public business details (e.g. name, website, country)
  • Fit with category criteria (e.g., brand, manufacturer, supplier, service provider)
  • Review of any self-submitted certifications or claims

GFD does not independently audit, accredit, or guarantee operational, compliance, or sustainability practices unless explicitly stated. “Verified” does not imply third-party certification.

6. Sustainability & Certification Disclosures 

GFD offers filters such as “Company Values,” “Sustainability,” and “Compliances” to enhance discovery. These attributes are assigned as follows:

  • “Company Values” are added by GFD based on editorial criteria using publicly available information
  • “Sustainability” and “Compliances” tags are either self-declared (onboarded businesses) or derived from public data (curated listings)

GFD does not independently audit any sustainability or compliance-related claims unless stated otherwise. Filters are for search assistance only. Users are encouraged to confirm any critical details directly with their potential partners.

7. Member Verification for Platform Recognition

GFD offers recognition badges such as “Top Rated Partner” and “Leading the Change” to highlight outstanding Members on the platform. To maintain the credibility and ethical standards associated with these badges:

  • Businesses receiving a recognition badge may be subject to random or targeted verification audits.
  • GFD may review publicly available information, request additional documentation, or request updated ethical certifications.
  • Verification efforts may include review of publicly available information related to sourcing transparency, documentation of ethical commitments, or relevant third-party certifications, where applicable.
  • Verified violations of labor, sourcing, or compliance standards may result in removal of the badge, suspension of profile visibility, or full platform termination at GFD’s discretion.
  • Concerns regarding the practices of badged Members may be submitted confidentially by emailing info@globalfashiondirectory.com.
  • GFD encourages badge applicants and recipients to proactively maintain updated ethical disclosures and compliance records.

Recognition badges are editorial designations and do not constitute formal accreditation or certification unless otherwise explicitly stated.

8. Claims & Contact Information 

To submit a guarantee claim or lead issue for review, users must contact:
info@globalfashiondirectory.com. Include your account name and plan tier, affected lead URLs or IDs, and a short description of the issue. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of encountering the issue. Reviews will be completed within 5–10 business days.

9. Policy Updates  This Guarantee & Verification Policy may be updated at GFD’s discretion. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the most recent version. Users will be notified of significant changes.
